Initial Get Togethers

• In person meeting(s) to review needs and vision for the new web site and flesh out requirements for unique functions.

Design Mockups

• Static designs start the web design process. Mockups will also include critical subpages to get a good idea of how specific sections of the site will look before any time is spent on theme development. After the client review, the designs are refined..

Design & Refine

• More get-togethers to review the static designs, any necessary design tweaks, and changes are done until we are all happy. During this process, the designs are built into a WordPress theme. This allows you further review and opportunity for more revisions. 

“About” Section

• Setup of “About” section, creation of subpages and content migration and/or input of new content provided by client.

“Regulations & Legislation” Section

• Setup of “Regulations & Legislation” section, creation of subpages and content migration and/or input of new content provided by client. Tracking module will feature filterable search, interactive charts. 

“Secure Login” Section

• Provides secure access to internal documents to Board Members. Ability to provide tiered access to documents. Easily managed from backend by YFWMB staff.

“Projects” Section

• Setup of “Projects” section, creation of subpages and content migration and/or input of new content provided by client. Calendar is a basic function easily implemented by way of a calendar plugin. Plugin features filterable categories, adding of events and setup of venues.

“Councils & Committees” Section

• Setup of “Councils & Committees” section, creation of subpages and content migration and/or input of new content provided by client.

“Media” Section

• Ability to autopost content to social media channel from WordPress. Social media feeds embedded in this section.

Setup Role Based Editing Privileges

• System allows for specific role-based users that only have access to specific areas of the web site.

Custom Icons

• Custom vector icons developed and incorporated into infographic or used individually. Icons can be re-used in print or digitally elsewhere.

Mobile Optimization

• The site will be fully responsive and provides additional flexibility for YFWMB staff to easily add mobile-only content for smartphones.

Staff Training

• Training can be done over the phone, in person at our office or at the YFWMB office.

Search Engine Optimization

• Search engine optimization occurs as pages are built. Best practices are used as content is added. SEO work at end of project is an overall review and page title/meta description tweaking.

Annual Web Hosting

• PR Services Ltd. is the hosting provider of the current web site. Our annual hosting fee includes WordPress security updates and plugin updates. Our servers are monitored 24/7/365 for uptime. A redundant synchronized server runs in the background. Included 15GB disk storage on RAID-10 SSD drives.
